Weldable Bright Dip Anodized Pipe for Railing Applications

• Weldable Bright Dip Anodized Surface
• Requires no grinding or stripping before welding
• Anodized Material protects from the elements
• Available in Bright Polished or Bright Brushed
• Strong but also formable (Same pipe is used for towers on sport fishing boats which comes under significant torque etc.)
• Strength of the aluminum is comparable to 6063-T6
• BDA pipe provides an appearance similar to Stainless Steel but at a significantly lower price point
• This BDA pipe can be fabricated into cable rail systems
• In stock marine hardware may be adaptable to railing applications; Anodized End Caps available for all SCH 40 pipe sizes
• Short lead times... material in stock
• Typical TIG welding wire used is 5356
• If desired, welds can be touched up with Sheffield Red Hot Aluminum Paint available from many local outlets
