EMS stocks a variety of extruded aluminum raceways and wireways for the sign industry.

Traditional Extruded Aluminum Raceways and Wireways:

• 3" x 1-1/2" Raceway
• 4" x 1" Raceway
• 4" x 1" Raceway
• 6" x 6-1/2" Raceway
• 7-1/4" x 7" Raceway

We also offer three labor saving Tab Mounted Raceways for faster installation and mounting flexibility. Additionally, two of the tab mounted raceways are specifically designed for LED transformers. The raceways are more narrow which accommodate the smaller transformers and saves on raw material costs.

Tab Mounted LED Raceways:

• 4-1/2" x 4-1/2"
• 4-1/2" x 7"
• 7-1/4" x 7"

• Extruded Raceway's and Lid's as well as pre-cut Mounting Tab's and End Cap's save you valuable fabrication time.
• Easy Service Lid - No Hinge
• Slots for Mounting Tabs at the top and bottom of the raceway make mounting easier and faster.
• Flat bar or sheet can be utilized to raise the transformer up off the bottom of the raceway.
• Tube, Angle or Channel can be added as a spreader/lift & carry bar to easily move the completed raceway.
• End caps with prefabricated holes for screws designed to fit this raceway allow for a clean, finished look.
• Slimmer profile saves weight!
• Moveable extruded aluminum mounting tabs allow great flexibility and hastens the installation process

We also stock Channel Letter Coil in a variety of styles and colors - PVC Mask One Side, all 20" ID Coil
